Bakery Feneberg in Eisenberg is looking for bakers for the production of long-fermented breads, grain rolls, pretzels and other product ranges on night or day shifts. The role in the bakery of this craft business covers mixing and artisan working of doughs, shaping, laminating and baking without ready-made mixes according to traditional recipes. Own creations and a varied product range are expressly welcome; teamwork in the bakery is emphasised. A completed apprenticeship as a baker and experience with various dough workings including soft doughs are required.
