    Bakery Steinhauser OHG trains bakers in the craft production of its baked goods in the bakehouse in Diepoldshofen. The apprenticeship is designed to be active, creative and varied and teaches specialization in the food craft of a long-established family business. The setting includes the bakery’s own natural sourdough, long dough fermentation and regional ingredients without purchased frozen products.
