The AI Hotel Aichstetten of the WMM Hotel Group is looking for part-time reservation staff including weekends for guest support by phone and email. The role covers reservation and guest contact, checking the scheduling of cleaning staff on weekend duty, and recording and forwarding defects and complaints to the service center. Working hours are possible by arrangement, including weekends and public holidays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and/or from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., as well as Monday to Friday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.; the office workplace is located in the office building in Kammlach. Requirements include an independent working style, commitment, reliability, initiative, flexibility, as well as very good German skills and business-fluent English; experience in hospitality or in a commercial field is an advantage.
