The WMM Hotel Group with the AI Hotel Aichstetten is looking for full-time reservations staff for guest support by phone and email. Duties include handling reservation requests, checking reservations and overbookings, forwarding defects and complaints to the service centre, and reviewing the scheduling of cleaning staff for weekend duty. Working hours are 40 hours per week between 8:00 and 22:00 by arrangement; the workplace is in the new office building in Kammlach. Required are commitment, reliability, independent working style, initiative, flexibility, very good German, negotiation-level English and Italian skills, as well as experience in hospitality or a commercial field.
