Bäckerei Konditorei Münzel KG is looking for a store manager for Café Münzel at Freibadstraße 11 in Sonthofen, preferably with training as a bakery retail salesperson. The role covers independent store organisation, leading the sales team, customer advice, ordering goods, quality and hygiene control, as well as cash handling and daily closing. The café is part of the branch network of the family-run traditional business with in-house production in Sonthofen; the offer includes room for initiative, direct access to management and company fringe benefits. Requirements include, among other things, professional experience in bakery retail, ideally some initial managerial experience, as well as good German language skills.
