Allgäuer Berghof is looking for apprentices to train as specialists for restaurants and event catering in its family hotel in the Allgäu. The focus is on service and bar, complemented by placements in reception, animation, kitchen, housekeeping and marketing. The three-year training starts every year at the beginning of August with vocational school in Immenstadt and covers wine knowledge, event organisation and guest care among other topics. Requirements include an intermediate school leaving certificate or a qualified lower secondary certificate, a passion for hospitality and enjoyment of working with children and parents.
