AllgäuSternHotel in Sonthofen is looking for a restaurant manager with overall responsibility for the restaurant and events area at the earliest possible date. The role includes staff planning and duty rosters together with the F&B manager, organisation of conferences and banquets, and training of employees and apprentices. Further tasks are quality assurance, complaint management, marketing measures to increase revenue, and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. A gastronomic training, several years of management experience and willingness to work weekends and public holidays are expected. The permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week is based in one of the largest hotels in the Allgäu.
