The Alpenhof Oberstdorf Hotel & SPA of Alpenhof GmbH offers an apprenticeship as a cook in the kitchen team. Apprentices learn the preparation and presentation of dishes, menu planning, product knowledge, costing, stockkeeping, purchasing as well as hygiene and quality standards. The training takes place in the family-run 4-star superior hotel in Oberstdorf and includes collaboration with the other departments of the house.
